How do I make booking

 

Simply ring or email us!! Let us know the date, time, your location and of course which jumping castle, toys or party equipment you would like. We will check availability and send you a confirmation with invoice.

 
What does the price include

 

For jumping castles: The hire price includes set up, hire time, pack up and safety briefing. Delivery is free with 25km distance from Mickleham VIC 3064. 

 

Venue and Permit Requirements

For those interested in setting up our inflatables at public places, schools, education centers, function halls, restaurants, or community halls, it is imperative to adhere to the following essential procedures:

​

1. Approval and Permits: When planning an event at these venues, it is crucial to contact and obtain the necessary approvals and permits from the relevant authorities. Please note that all expenses associated with securing these permits are the responsibility of the event organizer.

​

2. Administrative Fee: An administrative fee of $50 will be applied to your invoice, in addition to the standard hire fee, for the setup of our inflatables in public places, schools, education centers, function halls, restaurants, or community halls, and similar venues.

​

We are committed to assisting you in delivering a successful event and ensuring a smooth process. Should you require further guidance or have any inquiries, our team is ready to provide support.

What if we want to cancel the booking?

 

Cancelation are permitted and deposit fully refunded if booking cancel prior to 7 days of hire date. However any cancelation recevied within 7 days of the hire date will forfeited your deposit unless booking canceled due to bad weather condition. (Subject to Rain Policy)

Do I have to pay deposit?

 

Yes, you required to pay $50 deposit when you make a booking for jumping castle hire & for toys and equipment you required to pay 50% or up to $50 maximum as deposit at the time of the booking.

How do I pay?

 

We accept cash payment or bank transfer to our account. If you paying by bank transfer payment must be made prior to the booking date

 

 What access is required?

 

For jumping castles, We required minium 1m access, We will not be able to get the inflatable through any gates less than this allowance and any steps or stairs in any location. If we can not set up the inflatable Castle due to access restrictions, you will be charged $50, payable immediately to cover for our time and booking loss.

Can we move the castle?

 

No. Once the jumping castle has been set up it cannot be moved due to safety reasons and insurance requirements. Please do not attempt to move jumping castles.

​

What if its raining and/or high winds on the day of my event?

 

On the morning of the event, if it is raining and/or high winds, we will call you to discuss the situation and we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. Castle bookings cancelled on the day due to bad weather will be fully refunded. If condition are not too severe we will give you the option of keeping it or not. However once the castle is setup there will be no refund if weather turn bad and it is customer responsibility to turn off the blower and cover it during your booking time. Child's play party hire reserve the right to cancel any booking due to bad weather condition or safety concern.

Do you supply safety instructions?

 

Yes we provide detailed safety instructions with every hire in the hire contract and also verbal instructions on the day. You can find our safety instruction and terms and condition on our website.

Do you have insurance?

 

Yes, We have 10M public liability cover.

​

Does the jumping castle have to be on grass?

​

No, but please advise us at the time of booking if any part of the bouncy castle will be on a surface other than grass. We can install our jumping castles on artificial lawn, concrete driveways, paved area’s and inside halls or gyms, dirt or gravel. Make sure always check for underground pipes before we arrived to setup the jumping castle.

Can I have a jumping castle indoors?

 

Yes, you can have a jumping castle indoors. Church halls, community centres and school halls and gym’s generally have plenty of room for a jumping castle as will some garages. Please check with us first before booking.

What happens if we damage the jumping castle, toy or party equipment?

 

If the damage is considered to be malicious the the hirer will be liable for all cost associated with the repair or replace. Wec keep a condition report of our items and would advice you to ckeck the items and note any problems

​

Do we need to supervice the castles and toys?

 

Yes, A responsible adult over 18 of the age, who has had the safety instructions explained to them should always supervise the jumping castle or toys.

​

Can I have a jumping castle in a public park?

 

Hire jumping castles in Public Parks in Melbourne require permission from local council authorities. Contact your local council for more information. Some councils may charge a small hire fee. Some public parks may not have access to power. Child's play party hire can provide our own power with a petrol blower/generator with the jumping castle hire for which there will be a small additional charge.

Are we responsible for any damage or cleaning of the castle after use?

 

YES you are responsible for any damage to the castle caused by misuse and you will be charged for the cost of the repair. You also need to ensure that the castle is cleaned prior to pick up. You will be charged a fee of $50 if our staff need to clean the jumping castle after you.

 

How much area required to setup the castle?

 

C4 combo with slide: 6m x 6m area required to setup the castle

4m x 4m Jumping castles: 5m x 5m area required to setup the castle

3mx3m Castle: 4m x 4m area required to setup the castle

Action Aire: 3.5m x 3.5m area required to setup the castle

 

It is also your responsibility to measure up the area to make sure you have the required room to fit the inflatable castle. Nothing should be touching the castle, including trees, plants, power lines, fences, walls as it will get damaged so it is very important to measure the space you are providing. It is your responsibility to make sure setup area is clear from underground gas, water or electricity pips.in no event child's play party hire liable for any damage. If we arrive to setup the castle and  find the inflatable Castle does not freely fit in your area, then we cannot set up the inflatable Castle and you will be charged $50, payable immediately to cover our time and booking loss.
