Booking & Payment

How do I book a jumping castle or party equipment?
Simply select the jumping castle or party equipment you would like to hire and submit your booking online. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive confirmation with the relevant hire details.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for weekends, school holidays and popular dates. Our most popular themed castles can book out well in advance.

Can I make a last-minute booking?
Yes, subject to availability. If your event is coming up soon, contact us and our team will let you know what equipment is still available.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Any required deposit, balance and payment details will be provided during the booking process.

When is the remaining balance due?
The payment due date will be shown on your booking confirmation or invoice. Please ensure payment is completed by the required date so your booking can proceed as scheduled.

Can I change my booking after it has been confirmed?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Changes to dates, times, castles, equipment or addresses are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

What happens if I cancel my booking?
Cancellation conditions depend on how close the cancellation is to your hire date and the reason for cancellation. Please refer to our Hire Agreement and Cancellation/Bad Weather Policy for full details.

Do your prices include GST?
Please check the individual quotation, invoice or booking page. Where GST applies, it will be clearly shown.

Delivery, Setup & Collection

Do you deliver and set up the jumping castle?
Yes. Our team delivers, professionally sets up and packs down the jumping castle for you. You don't need to set up the inflatable yourself.

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. We offer free delivery within 20 km of Mickleham. Additional delivery charges may apply outside this area depending on the location.

What areas do you service?
We service many suburbs throughout Melbourne, particularly Melbourne's northern, western and surrounding areas. Check our Service Areas pages or contact us with your suburb for confirmation.

What time will you deliver?
Delivery and setup times are arranged according to your booking and our delivery schedule. We aim to have everything safely set up before your required event start time.

Do I need to be home when you deliver?
Yes, unless another arrangement has been approved beforehand. A responsible adult must generally be available to provide access, confirm the setup location and complete any required paperwork or safety handover.

How much access do you need?
We generally require a minimum clear access width of approximately 1.2 metres from our vehicle to the setup location. Please advise us before booking about narrow gates, stairs, steep access, long distances or other obstacles.

Can you carry a jumping castle through the house?
Generally, no. Jumping castles are large and heavy when packed. Safe external access to the setup area is required.

How close does your vehicle need to park?
Safe and reasonably close parking is required. Ideally, our vehicle should be able to park within approximately 50 metres of the setup area. Please advise us beforehand if this isn't possible.

What time will you collect the equipment?
Collection will be arranged according to your selected hire period and our collection schedule. Please keep all hired equipment accessible until our team arrives.

Jumping Castles

What size jumping castle should I choose?
This depends on the children's ages, number of guests and available setup space. We offer different sizes and styles, including standard jumping castles and castles with slides and basketball hoops.

What age are your jumping castles suitable for?
Suitability varies depending on the individual castle. Please check the product information for the recommended age range and contact us if you're unsure which castle is best for your event.

How many children can use the castle at once?
Capacity varies according to the size and design of the inflatable and the size/age of the users. The maximum permitted number must never be exceeded.

Can adults use the jumping castles?
Only if the particular inflatable is specifically suitable and approved for adult use. Most of our children's jumping castles are designed for children and should not be used by adults.

Do your castles have slides?
Yes. We have a range of jumping castles with built-in slides, as well as traditional jumping-only castles.

Do you have basketball hoops inside the castles?
Many of our medium and large combo-style castles include a basketball hoop. Check the individual castle listing for features.

Can I choose a themed jumping castle?
Absolutely. We offer a wide range of themes. Availability varies, so booking early is recommended if you have a particular theme in mind.

Are your jumping castles cleaned between hires?
Yes. Our equipment is cleaned and sanitised as part of our preparation process so it is ready for the next customer.

Do children need adult supervision?
Yes. A responsible adult must supervise the jumping castle at all times while it is in use. Children should never be left using an inflatable unattended.

Can children take food or drinks inside?
No. Food, drinks, chewing gum and similar items should remain outside the inflatable.

Can children wear shoes inside?
No. Shoes should be removed before entering. Sharp objects, jewellery or anything that may damage the inflatable should also be removed.

Can children do flips or rough play?
No. Flips, somersaults, wrestling, pushing, climbing on walls or other unsafe behaviour is not permitted.

Setup Area & Surfaces

How much space do I need?
Each jumping castle requires a specific clear setup area, including additional safety space around the inflatable. Please check the dimensions and Area Required shown on the individual castle page.

What surfaces can you set up on?
Suitable surfaces depend on the inflatable and location. Grass is generally ideal. Other surfaces may be possible if arranged with us beforehand.

Can you set up on concrete?
Potentially, but you must tell us before the event. Different anchoring and safety arrangements may be required, and not every inflatable or location will be suitable.

Can you set up on artificial/synthetic grass?
Please contact us before booking. We need to understand the surface and whether suitable anchoring can be safely achieved without causing damage.

Can you set up indoors?
Yes, provided the venue has enough floor area and ceiling clearance and allows inflatable equipment. Please provide venue measurements before booking.

Can you set up on a slope?
The setup area should be reasonably flat and suitable for safe installation. Significant slopes or uneven surfaces may make installation unsafe.

What should be above the jumping castle?
The area must be clear of low tree branches, power lines, lights, roof structures and other overhead hazards. Please check both the ground space and overhead clearance.

Do I need to clear the area before you arrive?
Yes. Please remove outdoor furniture, toys, rubbish, pet waste, sharp objects and other obstacles before our team arrives.

Do I need electricity?
Yes. Inflatable equipment requires continuous power to operate the blower. A suitable power outlet must be available within the required distance unless another arrangement has been made.

Can the blower be switched off while children are using the castle?
No. The blower must remain operating continuously whenever the inflatable is in use. If power is interrupted, everyone must immediately exit the inflatable.

Weather & Cancellations

Can a jumping castle operate in the rain?
Weather conditions must remain suitable for safe operation. Rain can make inflatable surfaces slippery, and severe weather may require the inflatable to be closed or the booking to be changed/cancelled.

What happens if bad weather is forecast?
We monitor weather conditions and safety considerations. Please contact us if poor weather is forecast for your event. Options will depend on the circumstances and our Bad Weather Policy.

Can jumping castles be used in strong winds?
No. Inflatable equipment must not be operated when wind conditions exceed safe operating limits. Safety always takes priority over continuing the hire.

What should I do if the weather suddenly becomes unsafe during my party?
Stop using the inflatable immediately, have everyone exit safely and follow the safety instructions provided at setup. Contact us if you require assistance.

Can I move the castle myself because of rain or weather?
No. Once professionally installed, the jumping castle must not be moved, repositioned or have its anchoring altered by the customer.

What happens if my event is cancelled because of extreme weather?
Any credit, rescheduling or cancellation arrangements will be handled according to the conditions in your booking and our Bad Weather/Cancellation Policy.

What happens if there is lightning or a severe storm?
Stop using the inflatable immediately and move everyone to a safe location. Do not resume operation until conditions are safe and any applicable instructions have been followed.

Parks, Schools & Public Events

Can you set up a jumping castle in a public park?
Yes, subject to council/landowner approval and the site being suitable for safe setup. Different councils have different requirements for inflatables in public spaces.

Do I need council permission?
It is generally the customer's responsibility to obtain any required council, venue or landowner permission before the event.

Can you provide public liability insurance documents?
Yes. Where required for an approved booking, we can provide evidence of our public liability insurance.

Do you provide jumping castles for schools and childcare centres?
Yes. We cater for schools, childcare centres, sporting clubs, community organisations and other organised events.

Do you provide jumping castles for corporate or community events?
Yes. We can assist with family days, community events, sporting clubs, school events and corporate functions.

Do public events require an attendant?
Depending on the venue, event type, expected attendance and risk requirements, professional supervision may be required. We can advise you when preparing your quotation.

Can I supervise the jumping castle myself at a private party?
For many private residential hires, a responsible adult can supervise the inflatable after receiving the required safety information. Some public or larger events may have different requirements.

What if the council requires documents before approving my event?
Contact us and tell us exactly what the council or venue has requested. Where applicable, we can provide relevant business, insurance and equipment documentation.

Can you set up on council land without approval?
No. Any required permission should be obtained before the booking date.

SAFETY RULES

What are the safety rules for using a jumping castle?

Safety is our priority. A responsible adult must supervise the jumping castle at all times and ensure all users follow the safety instructions provided.

For safe use:

  • Follow the maximum age and capacity limits for the hired inflatable.

  • Children of significantly different ages or sizes should be separated where necessary for safe play.

  • Remove shoes, sharp objects, jewellery, keys and other unsafe items before entering.

  • No food, drinks, chewing gum or lollipops inside the inflatable.

  • No rough play, pushing, wrestling, flips, somersaults or climbing on walls or netting.

  • Slides must be used feet first, with the landing area kept clear.

  • Keep the entrance and exit clear at all times.

  • Keep children away from the blower, electrical leads, stakes, ropes, sandbags and anchoring equipment.

  • Never move the inflatable or alter the anchoring, blower or electrical setup after installation.

  • The blower must remain operating whenever the inflatable is in use.

  • Monitor weather conditions carefully. Stop use during unsafe wind, heavy rain, thunderstorms, lightning or other severe conditions.

  • Stop use if the inflatable becomes wet, slippery, damaged, loses pressure or appears unsafe.

  • No water, pets, smoking, vaping, open flames, silly string or products that may damage or stain the inflatable.

  • Always follow the safety labels on the inflatable and instructions provided by our team.

If the inflatable loses power or begins to deflate, stop use immediately and calmly have everyone exit. Do not allow anyone back inside until the inflatable is fully reinflated and safe to use.
